Nina Blade has been honing her songwriting skills for the last few years as a founding member of The Arches band. Showing up to practice with so many of her own songs, it became apparent that she put out her own EP. She has done just that with her first release, The Silk Road. A student of fashion and yes, of course shoes, Nina has used the world of fabric as her palate for inspiration. And with the support of The Arches accompanying her on many of the songs it feels like old friends pursuing new conversations in music.
